1. Digital Products Policy
Due to the digital nature of our courses, mentorship programs, and copy trading services, all purchases are generally final. We stand behind the quality of our educational content and provide extensive previews before purchase.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are considered under the following circumstances:
• Duplicate Payment: You were charged twice for the same purchase.
• Technical Issues: You cannot access your purchased content after 48 hours of purchase and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
• Course Not as Described: The course content significantly differs from the description, and you have not completed more than 20% of the material.
• Accidental Purchase: You purchased the wrong course and have not accessed any content. Requests must be made within 2 hours of purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
• Change of Mind: You decided the course isn't right for you after accessing content.
• Incomplete Completion: You didn't finish the course or didn't achieve desired results.
• Account Sharing: You shared your account credentials with others.
• Violation of Terms: You violated our Terms & Conditions.
• Trading Losses: You experienced financial losses while trading using information from our courses.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
1. Contact our support team at refunds@mofx.com within 7 days of purchase
2. Include your order number, email address used for purchase, and detailed reason for the refund request
3. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
4. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
5. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on the amount of content accessed. For mentorship programs, refunds may be prorated based on the time elapsed in the program.
6. Chargeback Policy
If you initiate a chargeback without first requesting a refund through our official process:
• Your account will be immediately suspended
• All course access will be revoked
• Your email may be blacklisted from future purchases
• We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with evidence of delivery
7. Subscription Services
For subscription-based services, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation will prevent future charges but previous payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
